Fonterra Clandeboye Waste Minimisation Partnership

EnviroWaste entered into a 5 year partnership with Fonterra's Clandeboye plant with the objective of minimising the total environmental and financial cost of waste produced by the site. Over the first year the partnership delivered uncompromising results with a reduction of 71% of residual waste disposed of to landfill and a net reduction in financial cost. The project won the 2005 ZeroWaste waste minimisation partnership award.
