• Cytotoxic medical waste.
• Radioactive medical waste.
• Hazardous medical waste.
• Explosive wastes.
• Flammable wastes.
• Oxidising wastes.
• Corrosive wastes.
• Toxic wastes.
• Ecotoxic wastes.
• Dry un-bagged Asbestos.
• Pressurized Containers.
• Excessively bulky objects.
• Excessively lengthy objects.
• Aesthetically disturbing objects.
• Wastes with hazardous characteristics- without risk assessment approval.
• Wastes defined as a hazardous substance under the HSNO Regulations - without risk assessment approval.
• Wastes with hazardous properties as defined by the New Zealand Waste List- without risk assessment approval.
• Odorous wastes (prohibited from transfer stations and bins only).
• Dusty wastes (prohibited from transfer stations and bins only).
• Asbestos (prohibited from transfer stations and bins only.
