ALERT LEVEL 2: ALL OF NEW ZEALAND, EXCEPT AUCKLAND

All of New Zealand, except Auckland, is currently in Alert Level 2. 

The following advice applies to our services nationally, except if you live in Auckland:

Residential Customers

Kerbside collections for our residential customers will operate as normal under Alert Level 2. For Council rates funded services please visit your Council website.

When you are putting your wheelie bin out please put it somewhere that is easy for our drivers to access. Remember to maintain the two metre physical distancing rule at all times.

Skip Bin Hire 

Skip bin services for residential and casual customers can operate under Alert Level 2, with some additional safety rules:

  • we can deliver and collect a skip bin if we can do so without breaching the 2 metre physical distancing rule; and
  • we can collect your skip bin if it is not overloaded – we must be able to put a cover over the bin to be able to transport the waste for disposal

Commercial Customers 

All services for our commercial customers will operate as normal under Alert Level 2.

Transfer Stations, Resource Recovery Parks, Landfills, Managed Fills and Materials Recovery Facilities

EnviroWaste facilities will be open as normal under Alert Level 2.

All customers entering our sites must scan the contact tracing QR code. Please maintain the two metres physical distancing rule at all times and wear a mask where possible. To protect our customers and people no assistance will be provided at transfer station unloading points under Alert Level 2. Payment onsite will be contactless only.

Hazardous Liquid Waste and Treatment

Collections will operate as normal under Alert Level 2. All customers entering our sites must scan the contact tracing QR code. Please maintain the two metres physical distancing rule at all times and wear a mask where possible. 

ALERT LEVEL 3: AUCKLAND

Auckland will be moving to Alert Level 3 from 22 September 2021.

Under Alert Level 3 the following advice applies:

Residential Customers

BESPOKE ALERT LEVEL 4: NORTHERN HAURAKI

A Section 70 notice is currently in place for people living in an area north of SH2 and centred on Mangatangi in the Waikato.
